At Thanima Farm Life, we understand that sometimes unexpected changes can occur in your plans. While we strive to offer flexibility, cancellations and date changes impact our operations and availability. Please review the details below to understand your options.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

Within 48 Hours

No refunds, no date change.

Between 2 - 7 Days

No refund, but date change request allowed with 10% service charge.

Before 7 Days

Date change allowed with 10% service charge or 25% refund from the advance paid.

Important Note: The cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. Date change requests are subject to availability.
