While we strive to offer flexibility, cancellations and date changes impact our operations and availability. To ensure a fair process for both our guests and our team, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Within 48 hours: No refunds, no date change.
- Between 2-7 days: No refund, but date change request allowed with 10% service charge.
- Before 7 days: Date change allowed with 10% service charge or 25% refund from the advance paid.
Note:
The cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Date change requests are subject to availability.
